How I Help Companies Scale
In my work with leadership teams, I draw on the Scaling Up framework, a proven system used by thousands of companies around the world to help businesses grow with clarity and discipline.
Scaling a company requires more than hard work. It requires alignment around strategy, the right leadership team, and the discipline to execute consistently.
My role is to help leadership teams apply these principles in a practical way so the company can grow without everything continuing to run through the founder.

1. Discover & Assessment
We start with conversations and leadership assessments to understand where the business is today and where the biggest opportunities for improvement exist.
2. Strategic Planning Session
A two-day strategy session brings the leadership team together to clarify priorities, align around direction, and build the company’s strategic plan.
3. Quarterly Execution Rhythm
From there, we establish a cadence of quarterly planning and regular leadership conversations to maintain alignment and drive execution.
Why I Work With Founders
Earlier in my career, when I was running my own businesses, I found myself in the same position many founders eventually reach. The company was growing, but growth was getting harder, not easier.
Too many decisions still ran through me. I didn’t always have the strong leadership team around me that the next stage required, and what once worked when the company was smaller no longer scaled.
Those experiences are what eventually drew me to this work. Today, I help founders build the leadership teams, strategy, and operating discipline needed for their companies to scale beyond the founder.
Who I Work With
I work with founder-led companies that have moved beyond the startup phase and are now facing the challenges of scaling.
Often that means:
-
Too much still runs through the founder
-
The leadership team exists but isn’t fully aligned
-
Growth is creating more complexity than the current systems can handle
-
The company is entering a new phase of growth, leadership, or ownership
The company has momentum, but the next stage requires stronger alignment, clearer strategy, and better execution.
